RETURN POLICY

Reer Endz is proud of its products but in the unlikely event you should find a clear and obvious manufacturing fault we will offer either a replacement of the product or a refund. You’ll need to contact us info@reerendz.com.au within 14 days of receipt of the product. We’ll reply to you as soon as possible with instructions. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until they are received by us. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

What to do when returning by post:

  1. Before returning any goods to Reer Endz, please notify us by email to info@reerendz.com.au that you are returning goods. In your email, please:
    •  State the item that you are returning.
    •  State the manufacturing fault which constitutes the reason you are returning the item.
    •  Indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.
    •  State the preferred delivery address for your exchange.
  2. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition. The original invoice will also need to be included with the items being sent back so please retain this document. Please ensure all goods are packaged securely and we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for delivery service.
  3. We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
  4. We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  5. The cost of returning goods to Reer Endz is the responsibility of the customer.
