  • We take pride in our product and we are dedicated to customer satisfaction & providing the Best Mens Underwear Australia Wide! Should you find any fault with your purchase we would love to hear about it, as we are committed to ensuring the highest quality possible.
  • We only offer refunds & in the unlikely scenario of having received defective products. As a small business unfortunately, we cant sustain refunds for change of mind, return to sender or postage costs.
  • Once your Reer Endz arrive, you can check the size of our undies by holding them up to your waist or wrapping the waistband around your neck as this will usually match your waist width.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. If purchasing more than 1 pair the remaining pairs must be returned to us unopened.
  • If you purchase a bundle, please just try 1 pair before opening the remaining pairs as we can only provide a refund to unopened and unworn pairs. If you find the first pair doesn't fit, or you'd like to try another style, please contact us at Unfortunately, garments that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons. Returns won’t be accepted if the garments have been worn.

Faulty or Damaged Reer Endz

  • Something not right with your Reer Endz? Send us a photo and description of the fault via email We’ll check it out, confirm the fault, and get you a replacement or refund straight away!
  • Please note incorrect washing, general wear & tear, unauthorised repairs or modifications do not equate to a Fault or Damaged pairs.

  1. Please email us within14 days of receiving your package.
  2. With the subject line 'Exchange or Return'
  3. So we can easily identify you, please include your full name and postal address that you’re Reer Endz was sent to in the body of your email.
  4. If you are exchanging goods, in your email please advise us what specifically you wish to exchange so we can confirm that we have the items available in stock.
  5. We will reply within 5 working days and advise you of the next steps.
  6. Please refer to our above guidelines to see if you qualify for a return or exchange
  7. Whether returning or exchanging your Reer Endz, you are responsible for the small postage fee. Luckily, our Reer Endz doesn’t weigh much!
  8. In the event that you are exchanging goods, Reer Endz will cover the costs for the new items to be sent back to you. We will notify you to confirm the best address to resend your Reer Endz Underwear back to you.
